Post-Congress Tour

 

Extend your Congress experience with our exclusive Post-Congress Tour, June 10 through June 12! Participants will enjoy a two-night stay at the beautiful Hotel Mission De Oro.

This immersive tour offers behind-the-scenes visits to processing facilities, agricultural fields, and seed company operations, providing a unique, firsthand look at the industry in action.

Your registration includes all transportation, hotel accommodations, and meals on Wednesday and Thursday, making it a seamless and stress-free experience.

Return transportation to San Francisco International Airport is also included, with a scheduled departure from the hotel at 10:00 AM on Friday, June 12.

 

Post-Congress Tour Itinerary

 

June 10th

  • 1:30 pm           Depart Monterey for Santa Nella (meet in Lobby of Portola Hotel)

  • 3:15 pm           Tour the Liberty Facility of The Morning Star Packing Company (wear appropriate attire for factory, no opened toed shoes, shorts, etc.)

  • 4:45 pm           Arrive at Hotel Mission De Oro (guests will be pre-checked by us and hand out keys to rooms for easier check-in)

  • 6:00 pm           Dinner and Cocktails at Hotel Mission De Oro

 

June 11th

  • 7:00 am           Breakfast

  • 8:00 am           Departure Hotel Mission De Oro

  • 9:30 am           Arrive In Stockton to participate in Field and Farm Tour

  • 10:40 am         Depart Field and Farm Tour   

  • 11:10 am         Arrive at Heinz Seed Facility for a tour

  • 12:10 pm         Lunch At Heinz Seed facility

  • 1:10 pm           Depart Heinz Seed Facility

  • 1:40 pm           Arrive At Oak Farm Vineyards in Lodi to enjoy some local wines

  • 3:15 pm           Depart Lodi for Hotel Mission De Oro  (Possible stop in more fields if time allows)

  • 4:45 pm           Arrive at Hotel Mission De Oro

  • 6:00 pm           Join us for a California BBQ Dinner and Cocktails at Hotel Mission De Oro

 

June 12th

  • 10:00 am         Bus departs for San Francisco International Airport
